Kim Ritchie Kim Ritchie, Director of Eden Ritchie Recruitment, has spent the last 12 years of her career establishing and evolving a specialised recruitment organisation with Justine Eden. She believes that the success to date of Eden Ritchie Recruitment can be attributed to several factors but primarily the strong belief that both Directors have in maintaining high levels of customer service to all client groups.

Prior to the establishment of Eden Ritchie Recruitment, Kim spent 9 years with a large international recruitment firm where she successfully managed the Queensland operations. Her roles both presently and in the past have involved extensive account management and client development within both the public and private sectors and professional accounting firms. Kim's recruitment experience includes all levels of accounting and administration positions, she also successfully recruits in the IT and Executive markets.

Throughout her 20 years in recruitment Kim has been involved in many industry groups and management committees and has worked closely with both CPA Australia and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. She sees this as an important way of keeping abreast of what is happening within the accounting arena as well as assisting with the development of the Accountants of the future.

Kim sees the future of Eden Ritchie Recruitment, as further developing strategically aligned business relationships and working partnerships with our client base and contributing to the growth of the Queensland economy.

Any chance she gets Kim will get on a plane and “hot tail it out of here”, although she will go anywhere in the world her favourite cities are without a doubt Paris, Florence and New York.

Justine Eden

Justine Eden Justine Eden, Director of Eden Ritchie Recruitment, has spent the past sixteen years in the Queensland recruitment industry. Twelve years ago, frustrated and seeking greater career challenges Justine joined forces with Kim Ritchie and created Eden Ritchie Recruitment, out of a belief that service levels to candidates and employers could be improved. Justine is focused on partnering with employers and candidates to build longer term, mutually beneficial relationships where respective skills and attributes are valued as well as maximised.

Justine has extensive experience in the recruitment of Executive, Financial Management, Qualified Accounting and Accounting Support staff within both the Public and Private Sectors. Justine’s role within Eden Ritchie Recruitment entails close involvement with the consulting team to maximise opportunities for candidates and employers, business development and marketing activities as well as business planning. Justine holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accountancy. Prior to joining the Recruitment Industry she worked in various capacities within the Sharebroking and Finance Industries.

Her favourite saying would be “The harder I work, the luckier I get!”

Carly Irving

Carly Irving

Carly Irving recently joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment as Business Manager and brings over 12 years experience in general business management with direct responsibility for all facets of a running an effective, successful business within the commercial and government arena.

Before joining Eden Ritchie Carly worked in an executive committee managers position for a large international generalist recruitment firm. Through her years of working within the corporate, commercial and government sector as well as the private arena Carly has gained insight into providing the best service and management to cater for the individual attributes of each sector. This has now set the standards for all businesses that Carly is involved in, with relentless focus on people, systems and process, and best practices. Throughout her 12 years in general management Carly has been involved in many industry groups and management committees and has worked throughout Australia, namely AIM.

Carly sees Eden Ritchie and herself as a partner to businesses throughout Queensland and is committed to the continual improvement of service to clients and candidates that Eden Ritchie prides itself on.

Sue Campbell
Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Sue Campbell

Sue Campbell, Bookkeeper/Office Administrator joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment August 2002. Sue's role encompasses managing the contractor payroll, debtor management, financial accounting and reporting for 2 entities, liaison with suppliers, office administration and staff management. As well, Sue provides direct support to both Kim Ritchie and Justine Eden.

Prior to joining Eden Ritchie Recruitment Sue spent 13 years with Computer People in Canberra, where she was responsible for all financial and administration management for a large IT contractor business. Sue states that she prefers to be back office manager as she has strong organisational skills and is able to handle difficult situations with a minimum of fuss.

In her down time Sue enjoys nothing more than to spend time with her recently expanded family 3 grandchildren (hard to believe I know). She is an avid traveller and enjoys eating out at good Italian restaurants.

Leanne Henry joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment in June 2000. A Recruitment Consultant for three years, Leanne was subsequently promoted to Client Relationship Manager, a reflection of her ability to build effective and lasting relationships.

Leanne’s focus is on developing and maintaining client relationships within both the public and private sectors, overseeing the daily activities of a team of consultants, an active direct mail and branding campaign as well as conducting weekly surveys of organisations utilising our services.

Leanne’s focus is to ensure relationships are built and continually developed thus ensuring our understanding of cultural dynamics, major projects and restructures, staff changes and needs analysis. Previously, Leanne spent five years with an engineering company where she was promoted through several positions within the accounting function.

Linda Parker

Linda Parker

Linda Parker joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment in August 2004 as Personal Assistant to the Directors. Linda's role encompasses general administration support, along with providing direct assistance to the Directors, Kim Ritchie and Justine Eden. Linda is also the Office Manager and looks after the day to day running of the office, including supervising the administrators workflow and ensuring the high quality standard of work Eden Ritchie is renowned for is maintained across the business. Linda also manages the IT function of the office and provides technical support as and when required.

In her four years with Eden Ritchie, Linda has also assisted in several recruitment panel processes and has gained significant experience on such projects with various Queensland Government organisations.

Prior to joining Eden Ritchie Recruitment Linda spent two years living and working in the UK, in the head office of one of the UK's leading Wine and Drinks Retailers. Previous to her overseas employment Linda worked for AMP, Shopping Centres Division, in the centre management office of Garden City Shopping Centre for a period of 6 years. The main role Linda performed during this time was as Executive Assistant to the Centre Manager.

Frances Ellis joined the team at Eden Ritchie Recruitment in 2004 as Recruitment Administrator. Her role is to assist Todd Hoover in the Business Improvement/IT Division, and Brad Redman and Craig Holmes in the Qualified Accounting Division, by providing recruitment services to both candidates and clients.

Frances has had over four years experience in recruitment and prior to that spent 18 months working in London as a Personal Assistant. She enjoys working in the professional services industry and has a business degree majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing.

In her spare time, Frances enjoys swing dancing, modern jive, and traveling and would love to visit the Antarctica one day.

Todd Hoover joined Eden Ritchie as a recruitment consultant in September of 2008 to head the Business Improvement & Information Technology Division. Todd brings over fourteen years ICT experience to this role and has an established track record in recruiting at all skill and career levels.

Todd has a wealth of  technical and industry knowledge, across multiple  sectors, which gives him a broad and deep insight into the needs and requirements of both candidates and clients alike. Additionally,  Todd has a Commerce degree with a major in eCommerce, a minor in human resource management and is an ITCRA certified recruitment professional.

Todd maintains a firm commitment and belief that effective relationships, based on trust and respect are essential to successful recruitment outcomes.

Shannon Newton

Shannon joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment as a Trainee Recruitment Administrator. Shannon has since moved into a Recruitment Administrator role within the Accounting and Administration division, where she provides invaluable support to Stacey Dakin, as well as providing support to the operational aspect of the business and assisting with client and candidate management.

Brad Redman

Brad Redman commenced his professional recruitment career in early 2007 and joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment in early 2008 as a Recruitment Consultant within the Qualified Accounting division. He typically recruits financial controllers, internal & external auditors, financial analysts, and procurement management and payroll management professionals.

Prior to 2007 Brad worked in the insurance industry for 8 years in Account Management, Business Development and Business Management positions.  He has extensive business knowledge across a broad range of industries, and is currently completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and Marketing.

Brad is highly focused on providing professional level service to his clients and candidates and has an impressive track record of helping to create long lasting relationships.  Brad attributes his success to his solid knowledge of business, technical knowledge of Accounting and Finance, and the fact that he sees well beyond the position description to match the right person to the right company, in the right job.

In his spare time Brad enjoys studying, going to the gym and spending time with his family.

Whitney Scott

Whitney recently joined Eden Ritchie as a Trainee Administrator. In this role Whitney is supporting the entire administration team in providing a high level of customer service to clients and candidates. Whitney's role consists of day to day administration support and reception duties.

Whitney is excited about the opportunity to learn and develop her administration and customer service skills in a fast paced, service focused environment.

Stacey Dakin

Stacey joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant within the Accounts and Administration Division. In this role she is responsible for assisting both candidates and clients in permanent and temporary positions such as Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, Credit Officers, Executive and Personal Assistants, and general Administration roles.

Prior to this, Stacey spent 3 years in recruitment, specialising in Industrial Blue Collar and Administration. She has also gained extensive experience in Administration and has also completed a Bachelor of Business Management with majors in Events Management and Human Resources.

Stacey also has experience in the fitness industry and still maintains the healthy lifestyle and energy it brings.

Craig Holmes joined Eden Ritchie Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant within the Qualified Accounting division where he typically recruits for Financial Controllers, Finance Managers, Business Analysts, Financial, Management and Cost Accountants.

Craig has over 10 years experience in recruitment and contractor management where his skills, knowledge and experience have assisted many small to large organisations in engaging their external workforce. His ability to understand business processes and requirements of both clients and candidates have ensured many long term business relationships.

Craig is highly focused on providing a professional level of service to all parties and firmly believes that effective relationships built on trust and respect are essential in providing an effective outcome for all parties involved.
